On March 5th, 2016, MSU-CVM's Chapter of Alpha Psi hosted a 5K Dog Dash. This year we decided to incorporate agility obstacles into the event. There were 3 categories: Runner with dog over obstacles, Runner with dog without obstacles, and Runner without dog. Winners of each category received a gift basket filled with goodies sponsored by Purina. Winners of each event respectively were Rebecca Stokes, Chris Dove, and Marc Seitz, DVM. All proceeds went to benefit the university's program Safe Haven for Pets which provides temporary housing and veterinary care for pets of the victims of domestic violence. Photos by Samantha Storey.
